Join this landscape painting workshop in Ashton-under-Lyne and create your own colourful piece, guided every step of the way by a practising artist.
After a quick introduction, you'll talk through key techniques, composition, and colour choices before watching a step-by-step demonstration – then it's straight into painting your own landscape, with plenty of chances to ask questions and tweak your work as you go. The session is held in a working gallery space, so you'll be surrounded by inspiration and reference material throughout, which makes for a brilliantly creative atmosphere.
Everything you need is provided on the day, including paints, brushes, palettes, and aprons, so there's nothing to bring but yourself. All abilities are welcome here, with the focus firmly on fun alongside building genuine new skills.
