Portland Basin Museum’s ever popular magical ‘Meet Father Christmas’ event is back and we can’t wait to welcome you. Father Christmas will be meeting and greeting children in our cosy old fashioned parlour on our 1920s street, which has been specially decorated for the festive season. Each child will receive a gift and you will have the opportunity to take a photo with Father Christmas.
Tickets for this event will go on sale at midday on Monday 26 October. Tickets can be booked via Ticketsource - click here to book your tickets. The events are Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 December.
We are selling tickets within 30 minute time slots, with 15 tickets available within that time slot. Your time with Father Christmas will last a few minutes and you can arrive any time within your 30 minute time slot. Tickets are £10 per child – please buy one ticket per child. Each child with a ticket will receive a gift. If you bring more than one child, they can all go in the parlour to see Father Christmas at the same time. Accompanying adults do not need to purchase a ticket. Please be aware you may have a short wait to see Father Christmas.
There will be free self-led children's craft activities available on both days.
