Join Handmade Parade in Stalybridge Civic Hall to create your very own beautiful traditional Christmas Lantern, this October half term!
Collect your Lantern on the day of our annual Tameside Northern Lights Lantern Parade, Saturday 14 November 2026, and either join in the parade or line the route - lighting the way for all the beautiful puppets and dancers!
These Lanterns will dry over the course of a few days, and stored safely until the parade. You will be able to collect them from Ashton Old Baths, Ashton Under Lyne, from 3pm on Saturday 14 November and the Lantern Parade will commence at 5pm.
