Come along and see a fantastic convoy of tractors take to the roads as Mottram and District Agricultural Society hosts its Tractor Run.
Spectator entry is completely free and everyone is welcome. Whether you’re a tractor enthusiast, bringing the family along, or simply fancy seeing something a little different, come and enjoy the tractors as they gather before setting off.
Mottram Showground
The tractors will begin arriving from around 9:15am, giving you the chance to see the convoy gather before it sets off at 10am.
Mottram Showground is located at the junction of Apple Street and the A560 Mottram Old Road, Hyde, SK14 3AT, just five minutes from the end of the M67, Junction 4 at Hattersley Roundabout.

The tractors will make their way through the local area, with the convoy expected to arrive at Lymefield Garden Centre at around 12:30pm.
The route includes some quieter roads and lanes, so the tractors won’t be visible throughout the whole journey. For the best chance of seeing the full convoy, come along to the showground before they set off or meet the tractors at Lymefield around 12:30pm.
Please remember that timings are approximate and may vary depending on traffic, weather and other conditions.
Supporting the Mottram Shows
The Tractor Run is raising funds towards the 2027 Mottram Shows. Collection buckets will be available at both the showground and Lymefield for anyone who would like to make a donation. Every donation, big or small, helps us continue this long-standing local tradition.
Mottram and District Agricultural Society is a volunteer-run organisation and has been running the Mottram Shows since 1904. Following the success of this year’s show, we’re working hard to build on that and make the 2027 shows even better.

If you’ve got a tractor and fancy taking part, tractors of all ages and makes are welcome. It’s £10 per tractor, payable on the day.
Come along, bring the family, keep your eyes peeled along the route and enjoy seeing the tractors out in the local community.
